How do I join the BaseSpace Architect reseller program?
Do you allow international Architects to join?
Yes. Our intention is that Basespace is used all over the world. We have Architects in Spain, South Africa and the UK and look forward to welcoming you on board wherever you may be.
Can you describe the program including the fees and rewards?
The basespace Architect programme is free and based on a mutually beneficial relationship with our Architects in which we provide the technology and hosting which Architects use to build and host great websites for their clients. Read more about the Architect programme here.
Can you tell me more about the BaseSpace Community?
We are very excited about the potential of the Basespace Community. Community members will consist of Basespace website owners, Architects, Creatives and the authors of Basespace itself. Our goal is to have all of these members feel that they are playing an active role in contributing to the Basespace system, whether discussing the latest trends in website design and build, working together to deliver projects or learning from each other.
How long does it take to join after application?
We look closely at Architect applications to ensure that Architects have the same ethos and approach to website design and build as we do. Once we are satisfied this is the case we make every effort to ensure you will make a good start with Basespace with a personal visit if possible and lots of communication. Typically Architects are ready to go about 2-3 weeks after first making contact.
What support do you provide to Architects?
Architects are provided with direct email and telephone support from Basespace. The Academy and Community forum can also come in handy if you are researching an issue or would like to ask how others have solved general problems in the past.
