Can I look after my site myself once it is built?
Yes. The Basespace content management system is intuitive and easy to use, allowing you to make updates to your website as often as you need to. You can add pages, text, images, galleries and many other great features to your website. On the other hand, you can ask your Architect to carry the work out for you if you prefer.
What support do you provide?
The basespace academy is a valuable resource for information, tips and guides. Here you will find our FAQ, basespace manual and Community forum where you can ask a question or search for a it sanswer. Priority email support is also provided via your Control panel. Telephone support is available from your Architect but charges may apply.
Where is my site hosted and what do I do about my email?
Your site is hosted on our state of the art servers in the UK or South Africa, depending on your location. Our hosting partner is 1and1 Internet in the UK and Mweb in South Africa. Both companies are leaders in their field, offering fast connectivity, 99% up time and great support. Your email is provided for within your hosting package.

- Enterprise: 200MB webspace, 20 domain names, 100 email addresses and 80 GB of total monthly traffic
